At HutchTherapy, we specialise in musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, massage therapy, conveniently located within 24/7 Fitness Gym in York.
We prioritise long term solutions over quick fixes. This is by proactively treat the body as a connected system, combining movement, strength and biomechanics to create a tailored treatment plan that not only aims to treat the injury, but any contributing factors to reduce the risk of recurrence.

Our private consultation room is equipped with an electric treatment bed and offers full access to the gym floor, enabling us to a variety of strength and conditioning equipment for thorough assessments and effective treatments that support your recovery.

Elliot Hutchinson - Owner and Lead MSK Therapist
Elliot Hutchinson is a specialist in musculoskeletal injury diagnosis and treatment utilising biomechanics and movement principles guide his approach to rehabilitation and performance.
Elliot is a former national level runner and triathlete, later transitioning to rugby with Scarborough RUFC. His own experience with a serious neck and shoulder injury enables him to understand the challenges associated with recovery from an injury.
Elliot is passionate about providing effective, long-term solutions — helping clients not just recover, but return stronger and more confident than before.
Becky - Sport Massage Therapist
Becky is our experienced and friendly Sports Massage Therapist here at HutchTherapy in York. She has a warm, approachable personality and a genuine passion for helping people move and feel their best. As a competitive netball player, Becky understands how even small issues — tightness, stiffness, or niggling aches and pains — can affect performance, recovery, and everyday comfort.
Whether you’re recovering from training, managing muscle soreness, or dealing with tension from work or daily life, Becky provides effective sports massage and soft tissue therapy to restore mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall performance. Her goal is to help you leave every session feeling looser, stronger, and ready to perform at your best.
